Impermanence Of Time
In this work, Tilly and the artifact symbolize the transience and timeless presence of the past. They contrast with the young, modern figures looking on. Tilly and the ancient statue represent antiquity and the slow, inevitable decay through time, while modern civilization is only a fleeting snapshot in history.
The series “One day at the museum” won a jury award in the prestigious IPA AWARDS 2023.
