The Shadow Of Kinship<\/strong><\/p>\n

This work depicts the connection between humans and animals as a mirror that seems to slide further and further away from us. The woman stares at the portrait of a great ape, her gaze resting on a face that recalls her own origins, while Mojo, a living presence in the same space, sits beside her like a shadow of their shared past. The painting acts as a window into a world that should feel close, but seems increasingly drifted by time and culture.The contrast between the painted image and the tangible presence of Mojo makes the distance between man and animal almost palpable, as if they each stand on opposite sides of a deep chasm, connected by the same roots but separated by our human layers of civilization. A silent question about who we are and how far we, with all our progress, have strayed from our own origins. <\/p>\n

The series “One day at the museum” won a jury award in the prestigious IPA AWARDS 2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n
