“As a photographer, I created the series ‘One day at the museum’ with an inquiring mind.
With artificial intelligence (AI), I can tell a visual story that was not technically feasible before. The “One day at the museum” series, in which animals visit a museum, originated years ago from a photo shoot with a cow in a restaurant setting. Nowadays, it would be almost impossible to recreate such a scenario, but even back then it was a major challenge to put a cow in such an unusual environment. AI now provides me with the necessary tools to realize these artistic visions. The works in this series challenge us to think about how technology affects our contemporary perception of images.
As a photographer with a curious mind, I created the series called “One day at the museum.
Thanks to advances in artificial intelligence (AI), I can now tell a visual story that previously seemed technically impossible. ‘One day at the museum’ evolved from a photo shoot years ago, where I placed a cow in a restaurant setting. Even back then it was a huge challenge to realize such an unusual scenario, and today it would be almost unfeasible. Fortunately, AI now provides me with the necessary tools to bring my artistic vision to life.
The works in this series challenge us to consider the impact of technology on our contemporary perception of images. They make us think about how AI affects our view of art and images. It is fascinating to see how these technological advances allow us to explore new artistic horizons and turn unconventional ideas into reality. With “One day at the museum,” I want to bridge the gap between traditional photography and the emerging possibilities of AI, pushing the boundaries of our imagination.
